垃圾焚烧用脱硝催化剂原位再生性能分析

摘要 以国内某垃圾焚烧企业烟气脱硝系统中的现用催化剂为研究对象,以新鲜催化剂为对比样,采用TG、BET及XRF分析了SCR脱硝催化剂原位电加热再生前后失重、平均孔径、孔容及成分的变化,并考察催化剂的活性变化。发现垃圾焚烧企业烟气中造成催化剂活性下降的因素除了SO_(2)和H_(2)O外,还存在一些在400℃以下难以分解和汽化的硅酸盐或硫酸盐物质,可能是造成低温SCR脱硝催化剂永久性失活的主要原因。 The thermogravimetric properties,average pore size and pore volume,compositions of catalysts in SCR-system of a domestic waste incineration power plant before and after electric heating were investigated by TG,BET and XRF,taking fresh-catalyst as reference sample.The activity of catalysts were also studied in activity-evaluation-device.It is found that the silicate or sulphate which are difficult to be decomposed and vaporized below 400 ℃ maybe the reason for the deactivation of SCR-catalyst at low temperature in addition to SO_(2) and H_(2)O.
