实习师范生同事关系伦理困境及主体突破路径

On Ethical Dilemma and Its Solution of Colleague Relationship for the Intern Pre-Service Teachers

摘要 同事关系伦理困境是师范生在实习过程中长期存在但经常被忽视的伦理问题。通过深入师范生日常实习实践中,分析实习师范生与同事之间的道德冲突,发现实习师范生像“迷失的陀螺”,无法在冷漠与关怀、服从现实与追求理想、偏见与公正、尊重服从与自主抗争等同事关系伦理问题中做出正确的选择,进而使其在关怀学生、坚守专业理想、践行公正和对同事保持忠诚等方面面临困境。妥协与悬置、单方决策、商谈以及向第三方反映是实习师范生面对伦理困境最常用的应对策略。实习师范生应提高道德身份认同、形成捍卫道德的勇气和提升道德能动性,努力做一位道德能动者,过一种富有道德意义的实习生活。 The ethical dilemma of colleague relationship is an ethical problem that has long existed in internship and is often ignored.This analysis originates from the daily teaching practice,and the moral conflict and ethical dilemma are collected.The intern pre-service teachers are just like a lost soul.They experience four types of ethical dilemma of colleague relationship as follows:apathy and care,ideal and reality,prejudice and justice,obey and resistance.Afterwards,they adopted the most common coping strategies:compromise and suspension,self-decision,negotiation,reflection to a third party.Intern normal students should improve their moral identity,form the courage to defend morality and enhance their moral initiative,and strive to be a moral agent and have a fruitful internship.
