摘要
研究了大理石粉的细度(13μm、18μm、38μm)和掺量(0、5%、10%、15%、20%)对水泥基材料工作性、力学性能和碱活性的影响,采用XRD和SEM分析了水化产物和微观结构。结果表明:随着大理石粉掺量的增加,浆体的标准稠度用水量先增大后减小,流动度增大,且大理石粉的细度越大,标准稠度用水量和流动度越大;掺加适量(5%)的大理石粉可以有效提高水泥基材料的抗压、抗折强度,且大理石粉的细度越大,对抗压、抗折强度的提高效果相对越明显;大理石粉的细度越大,水泥基材料的28 d膨胀率越大;微观结果表明,大理石粉在水泥基材料中起到微集料填充作用,同时具有一定的活性。
The fineness(13μm,18μm,38μm)and content(0,5%,10%,15%,20%)of marble powder on the workability,mechanical properties and alkali activity of cement-based materials were studied.The hydration products and microstructure were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that with the increase of the content of marble powder,the standard consistency water consumption of the paste basically increases first and then decreases,and the fluidity increases.The greater the marble powder,the greater the standard consistency water consumption and the fluidity.Adding appropriate content(5%)of marble powder can effectively improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement-based materials,and the greater the marble powder,the more obvious the improvement of compressive strength and flexural strength.The greater the marble powder,the greater the 28 d expansion rate of cement-based materials.The microscopic results show that marble powder plays a role of micro aggregate filling in cement-based materials and has certain activity.
