摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)改性EVA乳液聚合物水泥防水涂料中的填料重钙,KH560在重钙表面负载良好,少量添加即可在重钙粉体表面引入环氧基团,提升了EVA乳液聚合物水泥防水涂料的拉伸强度、粘结强度、不透水性和耐介质性能,同时断裂伸长率并未明显下降。
Silane coupling agentγ-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane(KH560)is used to modify the filler heavy calcium in EVA emulsion polymer cement waterproofing coating.KH560 has a good load on the surface of heavy calcium,and a small amount of addition can introduce epoxy groups on the surface of heavy calcium powder,which improves the tensile strength,bonding strength,water impermeability and medium resistance of EVA emulsion polymer cement waterproofing coating,while the elongation at break does not decrease significantly.
