摘要
以延黄高速公路韩家村隧道富水区二次衬砌施工为背景,为解决常规衬砌台车堵头模板存在的施工缺陷,采用新型木钢联合式端头模板,既有效防止施工时中埋式止水带被损坏,同时也简化了工序;另外,针对衬砌混凝土背后经常出现脱空的质量通病,采用了二次衬砌混凝土滑槽逐窗入模浇筑工艺和拱顶带模注浆及防脱空监测工艺。结果表明,采用这些改进措施后,大幅提高了隧道二次衬砌防水质量以及施工进度。
Taking the construction of the secondary lining in the water-rich area of Hanjiacun Tunnel of Yanchang-Huanglong Expressway as the background,a new type of wood-steel combined end formwork is adopted in order to solve the construction defects of the conventional lining trolley blocking formwork,which not only effectively prevents the damage of the buried water stop during construction,but also simplifies the process;in addition,in view of the common quality problem of cavity occurring behind the lining concrete,pane by pane pouring technology through concrete chute for secondary lining concrete,grouting with mold for the vault,and cavity prevention monitoring technology are adopted.The results show that the waterproofing quality and construction progress of the secondary lining of the tunnel have been greatly improved after the adoption of these improvement measures.
