Three-dimensional Innovation and Optimization of Modern Secretarial Courses under the Orientation of Moral Education

立德树人是新时代教育的根本任务。现代文秘专业承担着在立德树人的发展思路指引下为社会培育优秀的复合型秘书专业人才的责任与使命。以文秘教育的时代使命为出发点,先阐述了立德树人在高职院校人才培养中的重大意义,分析了当前文秘专业课程思政建设的主要问题,并从规范、载体、机制三个维度提出了文秘专业课程的创新与优化路径。

Moral education is the fundamental task of education in the new era.Modern secretary major undertakes the responsibility and mission of cultivating excellent and inter-disciplinary secretarial talents for the society under the guidance of the development idea of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.Taking the mission of the times of secretarial education as the starting point,this paper firstly elaborates the significance of moral education in the cultivation of talents in higher vocational institutes,analyzes the main problems of the curriculum ideological and political construction of the current secretary major,and puts forward the innovation and optimization path of the curriculum for secretary major from the three dimensions of norms,carriers and mechanisms.
