终身教育背景下职业院校开展非学历教育的策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Non-Academic Education in Vocational Institutes in the Context of Lifelong Education

提升非学历的终身化服务能力对于加快实施科教兴国战略,强化现代化建设人才培养有着重要的意义。然而我国的非学历教育起步较晚,实践经验缺乏,资金不足、教育资源不够完善,存在发展受限等问题。因此职业教育应从完善教学模式、加强产教融合、重视师资队伍和树立职业教育品牌等方面着力加强建设。

Enhancing the lifelong service capability of non-academic education is of great significance to accelerate the implementation of the strategy of developing the country through science and education and strengthening the cultivation of talents for modernization construction.However,China's non-academic education starts late,lacks practical experience,is insufficient in funds and inadequate in educational resources,and has problems such as restricted development.Therefore,vocational education should be strengthened by improving the teaching mode,strengthening the integration of production and education,attaching importance to the teaching staff and establishing the brand of vocational education.
