摘要
采用CAE有限元分析的方法,针对用户使用中出现的高频故障问题进行分析,包括提升器壳体与变速箱壳体结合面处漏油、下拉杆支座连接螺栓松动和销轴撕裂、壳体断裂等故障,通过强化薄弱环节提高部件的强度和可靠性,提高市场故障反馈速度和故障解决效率,提高整机的可靠性和稳定性。
In this paper,the CAE finite element analysis method is used to analyze the high-frequency fault problems that occur in the use of users,including oil leakage at the joint surface of the elevator housing and the gearbox housing,looseness of the connecting bolts of the lower link support,tear of the pin shaft,and shell fracture.The strength and reliability of components are improved by strengthening the weak links,improving the market fault feedback speed and fault solving efficiency,and improving the reliability and stability of the whole machine.
