MRI弥散加权成像联合肿瘤标志物在乳腺肿块诊断中的价值

The Value of MRI Diffusion-Weighted Imaging Combined with Tumor Markers in the Diagnosis of Breast Masses

目的评价MRI弥散加权成像联合肿瘤标志物在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月本院收治的经手术或组织活检病理确诊乳腺肿块患者150例,随机分为MRI诊断组、血清诊断组和联合诊断组,每组50例。对照A组患者进行MRI弥散加权成像扫描检查,对照B组患者检测血清肿瘤标志物,试验组患者行MRI弥散加权成像扫描检查联合血清肿瘤标志物检测,以病理学诊断结果作为最终对照标准,比较不同诊断方法的敏感度、特异度以及诊断准确率。结果MRI弥散加权成像联合肿瘤标志物诊断乳腺肿块的敏感度为94.7%、特异度为96.8%、诊断准确率为96.0%,均高于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论MRI弥散加权成像联合肿瘤标志物检测在乳腺肿块诊断中具有较高的敏感度、特异度和诊断准确率,能够提供较多的客观信息,提高诊断的准确性。

Objective To evaluate the application of MRI diffusion-weighted imaging combined with tumor markers in the diagnosis of breast masses.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,150 patients with breast lumps diagnosed by surgery or tissue biopsy in our hospital were selected and randomLy divided into MRI diagnosis group,serum diagnosis group and combined diagnosis group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group A underwent MRI diffusion-weighted imaging scan,the patients in control group B were tested for serum tumor markers,and the patients in the experimental group underwent MRI diffusion-weighted imaging scan combined with serum tumor marker detection.The pathological diagnosis results were used as the final control standard.The sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy of different diagnostic methods.Results The sensitivity of MRI diffusion-weighted imaging combined with tumor markers in the diagnosis of breast masses was 94.7%,the specificity was 96.8%,and the diagnostic accuracy was 96.0%,which were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI diffusion-weighted imaging combined with tumor marker detection has high sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of breast masses,and can provide more objective information and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
