试论对多囊卵巢综合征合并甲状腺功能减退致不孕的认识

Understanding of Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Patients Combined with Hypothyroidism

随着内分泌代谢紊乱性疾病的患病率日渐增加,多囊卵巢综合征合并甲状腺功能紊乱的相关研究越来越受人关注,尤其是合并甲状腺功能减退,二者在一定程度上存在着类似的临床特征,且都对女性生殖有深刻影响。本文试对PCOS合并甲减在不孕症方面的认识进行阐述,讨论二者的共同致病机制,为临床上不孕患者提早发现并治疗疾病提供参考思路。

With the increasing of the prevalence of endocrine dysfunction,the research of polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with thyroid dysfunction has attracted more attention,especially hypothyroidism,to some extent,they have similar clinical characteristics and have a profound impact on female reproduction.This paper tries to elaborate the understanding of polycystic ovary syndrome combined with hypothyroidism in infertility,and discuss the common pathogenic mechanism of the two diseases,to provide the ideas about the early detection and treatment of infertility patients.
