摘要
目的探讨目标性功能训练对脑出血(ICH)术后患者预后的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将本院2019年3月-2020年9月收治的51例ICH患者分为两组,对照组25例给予术后常规康复训练,观察组26例给予目标性功能训练,观察两组认知功能、神经功能、生活质量以及躯体症状。结果干预前两组患者定向力、记忆力、回忆能力、语言能力和注意力以及计算力对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预6个月后两组上述得分均高于干预前且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组NHISS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预6个月后两组NHISS评分均低于干预前且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组患者BI以及QOF评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预6个月后两组BI以及QOF评分均高于干预前且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组运动、感觉、平衡、关节活动度和疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预6个月后两组运动、感觉、平衡、关节活动度和疼痛评分均高于干预前且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论目标性功能训练可改善ICH术后患者的神经功能,提高认知功能以及生活质量,促进躯体症状恢复,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted functional training on the prognosis of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods According to the random number table method,51 patients with ICH treated in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were divided into two groups.25 patients in the control group were given postoperative routine rehabilitation training,and 26 patients in the observation group were given targeted functional training.The cognitive function,neurological function,quality of life and physical symptoms of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in orientation,memory,recall,language ability,attention and calculation between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the above scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in nhiss scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the nhiss scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in Bi and qof scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the Bi and qof scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of movement,feeling,balance,joint activity and pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of movement,feeling,balance,joint activity and pain in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted functional training can improve the neurological function,cognitive function and quality of life of patients after ICH,promote the recovery of physical symptoms and improve the prognosis.
