生物滋养法母乳喂养方式结合穴位按摩对提高纯母乳喂养率的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Biological Nourishing Breastfeeding Combined with Acupoint Massage on Improving the Rate of Pure Breastfeeding

目的探讨生物滋养法母乳喂养方式结合穴位按摩对提高纯母乳喂养率的效果。方法选取2020年3月-2022年3月于本院自然分娩且无严重并发症的210例产妇,根据爱婴区责任制护理分为对照组(n=105)和实验组(n=105),对照组按照传统的母乳喂养方式予产后常规指导母乳喂养,实验组产后采用生物滋养法母乳喂养方式结合穴位按摩乳房措施,比较两组产妇泌乳量、舒适度、纯母乳喂养率。结果实验组产后1d、3d的泌乳量均明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组产后1d、3d、7d、42d的纯母乳喂养率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组产妇总体舒适度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对自然分娩产妇应用生物滋养法母乳喂养方式结合穴位按摩,有效提升产妇舒适度及增加泌乳量,提高新生儿纯母乳喂养率,值得推广及应用。

Objective To explore the effect of biological nourishing breast feeding combined with acupoint massage on improving the rate of pure breast feeding.Methods 210 parturients who gave birth naturally in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 without serious complications were selected and divided into control group(n=105)and experimental group(n=105)according to the responsibility nursing system in baby friendly area.The control group was given regular post natal breast feeding guidance according to the traditional breast feeding method.The experimental group was given biological nourishing breast feeding method combined with acupoint massage after delivery.The lactation volume,comfort Exclusive breastfeeding rate.Results The lactation volume of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 and 3 days postnatal(P<0.05);The pure breast-feeding rate of the experimental group at 1d,3d,7d and 42d postpartum was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The overall comfort of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of biological nourishment method combined with acupoint massage can effectively improve the comfort of parturients,increase the amount of lactation,and improve the rate of pure breast-feeding of newborns.It is worth popularizing and applying.
