补肾活血方联合针灸对高龄妇女妊娠率的影响

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe Combined with Acupuncture on Pregnancy Rate of Elderly Women

目的探讨补肾活血方联合针灸对高龄妇女妊娠率的影响。方法本次研究选取2019年1月-2021年11月在本院收治的424例高龄妇,以治疗方法分组。对照组未给予任何预处理采用COH+IVF-ET,中医干预组在进周前3个月及进入COH+IVF-ET期间连续给予补肾活血中药联合针灸治疗。比较两组妊娠率。结果治疗前,两组肾虚积分、月经积分、基础性激素水平、基础窦卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、PI、RI各项指标差异不显著(P>0.05);中医干预组经3个月治疗后,肾虚积分、月经积分低于治疗前(P<0.05),E2水平高于治疗前,LH、FSH水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);子宫内膜厚度较治疗前高,PI、RI较治疗前低(P<0.05);中医干预组获卵数、优质胚胎率较对照组高(P<0.05);中医干预组临床妊娠率为51.89%,较对照组39.15%高(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血方联合针灸可有效改善.高龄妇女性激素水平、子宫内膜容受性、临床症状,利于提高优质胚胎率、胚胎移植数等,提高临床妊娠率,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue recipe combined with acupuncture on the pregnancy rate of elderly women.Methods 424 elderly women admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 were selected for this study and divided into treatment groups.The control group was treated with COH+IVF-ET without any pretreatment.The intervention group of traditional Chinese medicine was continuously treated with kidney tonifying and blood activating herbs combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the first 3 months of the week and during COH+IVF-ET.The pregnancy rate was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in kidney deficiency score,menstrual score,basic sex hormone level,basal sinus follicle number,endometrial thickness,PI and RI between the two groups(P>0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the kidney deficiency score and menstrual score in the TCM intervention group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the E2 level was higher than that before treatment,and the LH and FSH levels were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);Endometrial thickness was higher than that before treatment,and PI and RI were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);The number of eggs and the rate of high-quality embryos in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The clinical pregnancy rate of TCM intervention group was 51.89%,which was higher than 39.15%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with acupuncture can effectively improve The level of sex hormones,endometrial receptivity and clinical symptoms of elderly women are conducive to improving the rate of high-quality embryos,the number of embryo transfer,and the clinical pregnancy rate,which is worthy of application.
