血清维生素A、E、25-羟基维生素D3水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染及免疫功能的相关性研究

摘要 目的探究血清维生素A(VitA)、E(VitE)和25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染及免疫功能的相关性。方法选取2020年5月-2021年12月本院收治的300例反复呼吸道感染患儿,另选取同期非反复呼吸道感染的患儿及健康体检患儿各300例,均给予血清VitA、VitE和25-(OH)D3水平及免疫功能监测,采用Spearman相关系数分析,探讨血清维生素A、E、25-羟基维生素D3水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染及免疫功能的相关性。结果反复呼吸道感染患儿的VitA、VitE、25-(OH)D3水平均低于呼吸道感染患儿、健康体检患儿,且呼吸道感染患儿VitA、VitE、25-(OH)D3水平低于健康体检患儿(P<0.05),反复呼吸道感染患儿的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgA、IgG水平均低于呼吸道感染患儿、健康体检患儿,CD8^(+)高于呼吸道感染患儿、健康体检患儿(P<0.05),且呼吸道感染患儿CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgA、IgG水平均低于健康体检患儿,CD8^(+)高于健康体检患儿(P<0.05),反复呼吸道感染患儿VitA、VitE、25-(OH)D3水平与CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgA、IgG水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与CD8^(+)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿VitA、VitE、25-(OH)D3水平与CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgA、IgG水平呈正相关,与CD8^(+)呈负相关,检测血清维生素A、D、E与免疫功能指标水平有助于评估反复呼吸道感染患儿的病情。 Objective To study the correlations of serum Vitamin A(VitA),Vitamin E(VitE)and 25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]contents with the children’s recurrent respiratory tract infection and immune function.Methods Select 300 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from 2020.5 to 2021.12,and select 300 children each with non-recurrent respiratory tract infection and healthy children during the same period.Serum VitA,VitE and 25-(OH)D3 contents and immune function were measured.Spearman correlation coefficient was used to discuss the correlations of serum VitA,VitE and 25-(OH)D3 contents with the children’s recurrent respiratory tract infection and immune function.Results Serum VitA,VitE and 25-(OH)D3 contents in recurrent respiratory tract infection children were lower than respiratory tract infection children and healthy children;serum VitA,VitE and 25-(OH)D3 contents in respiratory tract infection children were lower than healthy children(P<0.05);CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IgA(immunoglobulin A)and IgG(immunoglobulin G)contents in recurrent respiratory tract infection children were lower than respiratory tract infection children and healthy children;CD8^(+)contents were higher than respiratory tract infection children and healthy children(P<0.05);CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IgA and IgG contents in respiratory tract infection children were lower than healthy children;CD8^(+)contents were higher than healthy children(P<0.05);VitA,VitE and 25-(OH)D3 contents in recurrent respiratory tract infection children were positively correlated with CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IgA and IgG contents(P<0.05).Conclusion VitA,VitE and 25-(OH)D3 contents in recurrent respiratory tract infection children have positive correlations with CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IgA and IgG contents,but negative correlations with CD8^(+).Thus the monitoring of serum Vitamin A,D and E and immune function indicators are applicable to evaluate the disease conditions of recurrent respiratory tract infection children.
