腕踝针结合中西药物对风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死临床疗效的研究

Clinical Effect of Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Acute Cerebral Infarction of Wind Phlegm Stasis Type

目的探讨腕踝针结合中西药物对风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死临床疗效。方法将2021年5月-2022年6月本院收治的60例风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死患者按就医顺序随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30),对照组予以西医常规药物治疗,试验组予以中药方剂口服配合腕踝针结合西医常规治疗,比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分采用日常生活活动量表、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果试验组治疗后NIHSS评分、mRS评分及中医证候积分均低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组中医证候总有效率及西医治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针结合中西药物治疗风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死疗效显著,对患者预后改善效果明显,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on acute cerebral infarction of wind phlegm stasis type.Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction of wind phlegm stasis type treated in our hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30)according to the order of medical treatment.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with oral traditional Chinese medicine and wrist ankle acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine.The scores of NIHSS of the two groups were compared The activities of daily living(ADL)scale,modified Rankin Scale(MRS)score,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy were used.Results After treatment,NIHSS score,Mrs score and TCM syndrome score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and ADL score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of TCM syndromes and Western medicine treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist Ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of wind phlegm stasis type,and has a significant effect on improving the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
