CT引导下经皮微波消融术治疗对肝癌患者有效性及安全性分析

摘要 目的分析CT引导下经皮微波消融术(PMWA)治疗对肝癌患者生存率及安全性的影响。方法纳入2020年12月-2021年12月本院收治的肝癌患者63例,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=31)和对照组(n=32),给予对照组肝癌切除术治疗,研究组应用CT引导下PMWA治疗,均进行为期1年的生存随访。比较两组患者治疗后的肝功能指标水平和肿瘤标志物水平差异,统计两组患者的存活率和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组ALT、AST、AFP水平均较对照组偏低,ALB水平偏高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组3个月、6个月、12个月存活率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CT引导下PMWA治疗对肝癌患者的治疗效果较好,可显著改善患者的肝功能,调节血清标志物水平,提高患者的存活率,且安全性较高,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the influence of CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation(PMWA)on the survival rate and safety of patients with liver cancer.Methods A total of 63 patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were taken.They were divided into study group(n=31)and control group(n=32)according to the random number table method.The control group was given resection of liver cancer,and the study group was treated with CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation,all of which were followed up for 1 years.The differences of liver function indexes and tumor markers between the two groups after treatment were compared,and the survival rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results The levels of ALT,AST and AFP in the research group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of ALB was higher with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the 3-,6-and 12-month survival rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation has a good therapeutic effect on patients with liver cancer,which can significantly improve the liver function of patients,regulate serum markers levels,and improve the survival rate of patients.With high safety,it is worthy of promotion.
