摘要
目的研究九味补血口服液在胃肠道环境下的稳定性。方法采用UPLC-MS方法,分别在人工胃液、人工肠液的酸碱物理环境及消化酶作用下检测多成分含量的变化。结果口服液中的13种主要成分在人工胃液中有7种发生了代谢,导致其含有量变化超过30%;而口服液中的13种主要成分在人工肠液中只有1种含量变化超过10%,可认为在肠液中的稳定性良好。结论该研究为后续进一步的药理作用研究提供有力支持。
Objective To investigate the stability of Jiuwei Buxue Oral Solution in gastrointestinal tract.Methods The changes of multi-component content in simulated gastric juice and simulated intestinal juice under the action of acid-base environment and digestive enzymes were determined by a sensitive HPLC-MS method.Results Seven of the 13 main components in the oral solution were metabolized in the simulated gastric juice,resulting in a change in its content of more than 30%;However,only one of the 13 main components in the oral solution changes by more than 10%in the simulated intestinal liquid,which can be considered to be stable in the intestinal liquid.Conclusion The study provides with strong support for further pharmacological studies.
