散寒止痛散贴敷在消化道恶性肿瘤镇痛中的疗效观察

Efficacy of Sticking with Cold-Dispelling and Pain-Relieving Powder in Analgesia of Gastrointestinal Malignancies

目的观察散寒止痛散贴敷在消化道恶性肿瘤镇痛中的临床疗效。方法纳入60例“阴寒证”消化道恶性肿瘤的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组予常规护理治疗,观察组在此基础上予自拟散寒止痛散贴敷,连续护理1个疗程。观察治疗前后2组患者疼痛症状的变化,评定NRS评分、BADL评分、患者满意度。结果两组护理后NRS评分均较前下降(P<0.01),观察组NRS评分较对照组下降明显(P<0.01)。两组护理后BADL评分均较前明显改善(P<0.01),观察组BADL评分较对照组改善明显(P<0.01)。观察组患者满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论散寒止痛散贴敷在消化道恶性肿瘤镇痛中具有一定优势,可有效改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sticking with cold-dispelling and painrelieving powder in analgesia of gastrointestinal malignancies.Methods Totally 60 patients with gastrointestinal malignancies with“yin-cold syndrome”were enrolled and randomly assigned to the observation group(n=30)or control group(n=30).The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given additional sticking with self-made cold-dispelling and painrelieving powder for 1 consecutive course.Both groups were observed and evaluated regarding pain symptom change,NRS score,BADL score,and patient satisfaction degree.Results After nursing,both groups had significantly reduced NRS scores than before(P<0.01),and the reduction in the observation group was significantly more significant than the control group(P<0.01).After nursing,both groups had significantly improved BADL scores than before(P<0.01),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly more significant than the control group(P<0.01).The observation group had a significantly higher patient satisfaction rate than the control group.Conclusions Sticking with colddispelling and pain-relieving powder has advantages in analgesia for gastrointestinal malignancies,effectively improves the clinical symptoms in the patients,and is worthy of clinical use.
