以疾病为导向的整合式教学对护理本科实习生临床思维能力和自主学习的影响

Effect of Disease-Oriented Integrated Teaching on Clinical Thinking Ability and Autonomous Learning of Undergraduate Nursing Interns

摘要 目的探讨以疾病为导向的整合式教学模式对护理本科实习生临床思维能力和自主学习能力的影响。方法采用类实验方法,选取2021年1~6月在呼吸内科40名实习护生为对照组,采用传统带教模式进行临床教学;2021年7~12月的40名实习护生为试验组,采用以疾病为导向的整合式教学模式进行临床教学。结果干预前两组护生临床思维能力和自主学习能力得分差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后试验组护生临床思维能力、自主学习能力评分优于对照组(P<0.05),培训满意度评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以疾病为导向的整合式教学能激发学生自主学习能力,提升临床思维能力,促使护生整体把握疾病护理能力,从而提升临床护理教学效果。 Objective Effect of integrated disease-oriented teaching model on clinical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates.Methods A quasi-experimental method was used to select 40 nursing interns from January to June 2021 as the control group.The traditional teaching mode was used for clinical teaching.40 nursing interns from July to December 2021 were selected as the experimental group,and the integrated disease-oriented teaching mode was used for clinical teaching.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of clinical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of clinical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the training satisfaction score was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Disease-oriented integrated teaching can stimulate students‘autonomous learning ability,improve clinical thinking ability,and promote nursing students to grasp the overall ability of disease nursing,so as to improve the teaching effect of clinical nursing.
