社区护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平和用药依从性的影响

Effect of Community Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Level and Medication Compliance in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的2型糖尿病患者应用社区护理干预的效果分析。方法选择2020年7月-2021年7月本社区共收治的92例2型糖尿病患者,借由对标准化随机数字表的结合运用,将其均等划分成研究组与对照组,每组各46例。对照组常规护理,研究组社区护理,对比两组患者护理前后血糖指标水平、用药依从性和生活体验质量状态。结果在接受护理干预前,两组患者的血糖生理指标衡量项目未呈现出显著差异(P>0.05)。在接受护理干预后,研究组的空腹血糖衡量项目、餐后2h血糖衡量项目和糖化血红蛋白衡量项目均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组用药依从性为93.48%,显著高于对照组的69.57%(P<0.05)。研究组患者的生理职能评分衡量项目、生理机能评分衡量项目、健康情况评分衡量项目、躯体疼痛评分衡量项目、精力评分衡量项目、情感职能评分衡量项目、精神健康评分衡量项目和社会功能评分衡量项目均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论指向2型糖尿病患者推进开展社区护理,有助于促进患者的血糖生理指标恢复平稳状态,提升患者的用药行为依从性与生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of community nursing intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 92 patients with type 2 diabetes from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the study group received community nursing.The blood glucose index level,medication compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the study group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than 69.57%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,health status,physical pain,energy,emotional function,mental health and social function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of community nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes can stabilize the blood glucose level of patients,improve the medication compliance and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
