摘要
水力压裂是储层改造最有效的手段之一。压裂作业后,大量的压裂返排液残留井场,是各油田开发过程中面临的一大难题。本文通过室内实验研究,引进了电化学处理技术,确定了“预处理-电絮凝-一级电芬顿-二级电芬顿-过滤”五步法的高效环保处理工艺技术,并依据此工艺流程试制了一套压裂返排液处理设备。该套设备由六个处理撬组成,不同的处理撬可以进行组合实现不同的处理目的。利用该设备在陆地致密气区块开展了现场试验,返排液经处理后能够达到Ⅲ级海域达标排放标准;同时对处理液进行了复配压裂液实验,能够满足配液需求。
Hydraulic fracturing is one of the most effective stimulation methods.After fracturing treatment job,a common problem facing by oil company is the large amount of fracturing flowback fluid left in the field to be treated.Through lab experiments,by using electro-chemistry treating technology,this paper introduced a five step treating technology,"pre-treatment-electrocoagulation-first electric Fenton-second electric Fenton-filtration".Base on this treatment technology,a set of treating equipment was manufactured.This equipment includes 6 treating parts,different combination of these 6 parts can be used according to different treating purpose.Filed test was conducted in tight gas block onshore,results showed that treated fluid could meet the discharge standard requirements ofⅢclass offshore,and can be reused to fracturing job testified by lab fracturing fluid test.
