工业用醇酮的测定方法优化

摘要 工业用醇酮的测定,采用毛细管色谱柱技术,不分流进样,易产生过载现象,影响色谱分离效果及定量准确性。经过优化,由不分流进样改为分流进样,调整仪器参数至最佳分离条件,面积归一化定量后,通过配制的醇酮标样,验证了分离效果及测定结果的准确性。 Capillary column and splitless injection mode were used for alcohol and ketone testing,overload is easy to occur,which has an impact on the chromatographic separation and component quantification.Now,using split injection,and the instrument parameters are adjusted to the optimal chromatographic separation conditions by area normalization quantitative method.The better separation effect and the accuracy of test result have been verified by mixing alcohol and ketone standard samples.
