“一带一路”建设背景下武术在中亚地区推广的动力因素、现实状况及方略

Dynamic Factors,Reality and Strategy of Wushu Promotion in Central Asia under the Background of“Belt&Road”Construction

中亚地区是“一带一路”建设的重要区域。运用文献研究法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等,分析武术在中亚地区推广的动力因素、现实状况,并提出进一步在中亚地区推广武术的方略。当前,武术在中亚地区的推广以“武医融合”为特色;影视作品与武术现场展演是中亚地区民众了解中华武术的主要途径;中亚五国推广武术和提升武术竞技水平主要依靠中国政府援助与当地武术协会;孔子学院提高了武术在中亚地区的社会影响力。武术在中亚地区持续推广主要受中亚地区武术师资力量匮乏、中亚地区民众对武术培训需求有限等因素影响。基于此,提出武术在中亚地区的推广方略:凸显“武医融合”特色,持续发掘武术的文化内涵和康养功能;依托孔子学院,开设武术嵌入式特色汉语课程;建立和健全武术在中亚地区持续推广的工作机制;将中亚地区不同国家的文化理念植入武术用品与服务中,促进中亚地区发展武术产业。

Central Asia is a key area for the“Belt&Road”construction.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the dynamic factors,reality and put forward strategies for further promotion of wushu in Central Asia.The promotion of wushu in Central Asia is characterized by the integration of wushu and medicine.Film and television works and wushu performance are the main ways for people in Central Asia to know wushu.Chinese aid and wushu association promotion are the main means to improve wushu competition level in the five Central Asian countries.Confucius institutes have increased the social influence of wushu in Central Asia.The continuous promotion of wushu in Central Asia is mainly influenced by the lack of wushu teachers in Central Asia and the limited demand of people in Central Asia for wushu training.Based on this,suggestions are made as follows:highlighting the characteristics of integration of wushu and medicine,and keeping exploring the cultural connotation and health function of wushu;relying on the Confucius institutes,and setting up embedded Chinese courses in wushu;establishing and improving the working mechanism of wushu continuous promotion;and implanting the cultural concepts of different countries in Central Asia into wushu products and services to promote the formation of wushu consumer market in Central Asia.
