摘要
目前对于具有复杂形状的立体木质家具喷涂作业主要通过人工喷涂完成,存在喷涂质量不稳定和漆膜一致性差等问题,为了改善上述问题,设计了一款新型木质家具喷漆机。对喷漆机的总体结构和关键部件进行了设计,通过计算分析确定了大臂采用五个旋转关节的结构及大臂尺寸,并利用动力学仿真对机械臂的工作力矩进行分析,结果得出设计的机械臂满足工作要求。
At present,the spraying operation of stereoscopic wooden furniture with complex shapes is mainly completed by manual spraying,and there are problems such as unstable spraying quality and poor consistency of paint film.In order to improve the above problems,this paper designed a new wooden furniture spray machine.In this paper,the overall structure and key components of the spray paint machine are designed.Through calculation and analysis,the size of the big arm and the structure of the big arm using five rotating joints are determined,and the working torque of themechanical arm is analyzed by dynamic simulation.The results show that the designed mechanical arm meets the working requirements.
