Selection and Application of Anti-corrosion Materials for Concrete Bridge Member Repairing

我国是交通大国,道路桥梁安全畅通运行、病害及时修复、防止事故发生是建设运营部门的首要任务。本文介绍了混凝土桥梁构件在勘察阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、运行过程中的病害现状以及行业中治理病害的常规方法。对防腐材料的选型进行了比选,并对工程实践中的施工工艺进行了优化,通过不同病害状况和形态选择适宜的材料,针对不同的材料选用合理的施工工艺,并着重介绍了修复后的实际效果与社会效益。

China is a powerful transportation country,the construction and operation department’s priority are safety and smooth roads and bridges,timely repair and accident prevention.This paper introduces the current diseases situation and conventional methods of diseases treatment for concrete bridge member at prospecting stage,design stage,construction stage and operation process.Through the comparison and selection of anti-corrosion materials,optimization of construction technology,we can select suitable materials and reasonable construction technology according to different disease conditions and forms.The actual effect and social effect of restoration is outstanding.
