摘要 本文通过对玻化微珠、减水剂、悬浮剂等原材料的筛选,研究了玻化微珠、减水剂、悬浮剂对石膏自流平砂浆导热系数、抗折抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度、砂浆流动性等的影响。结果表明:玻化微珠添加量越大,体积密度越小,导热系数越低,导热系数与玻珠添加量成正比。同时选择合适的减水剂和悬浮剂至关重要,直接关系到砂浆的最终效果和体系的稳定性。通过上述研究,得到最佳的轻质石膏基自流平砂浆配比,并测试其最终物理力学性能和热工性能。 Through the selection of raw materials such as vitrified beads, water reducing agent and retarder, tested the influence of different raw materials on the thermal conductivity, the fluidity and strength of the gypsum based self-leveling mortar. The results show that the larger the amount of vitrified beads, the smaller the bulk density, and the lower the thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity is proportional to the amount of vitrified beads. At the same time, it is very important to select appropriate water reducing agent and suspending agent, which is directly related to the final effect of mortar and the stability of the system. Through the above research, the best proportion of lightweight gypsum based self-leveling mortar is obtained, and its final physical and mechanical properties and thermal properties are tested.
