摘要
随着我国石膏建材工业的迅速发展,在生产工艺过程、科研设计工作中,对石膏原料的质量要求与控制比以往更加严格。具有一定生产能力的工艺设备相应地要求有一定品位(即CaCO4·2H2O含量)的石膏原料,如何正确地进行石膏品位和其他组成物的检测与计算,对石膏建材工业的高质量发展有着重要意义。本文以天然石膏、化学石膏2大类石膏样品为研究对象,着重探讨石膏品位和矿物组成的计算方法,以及结晶水的测定温度,为全面了解各种石膏原料的质量情况提供一定依据。
With the rapid development of gypsum building materials industry in China,the quality requirements and control of raw gypsum are more strict than ever in the production process and scientific research and design.The process equipment with certain production capacity correspondingly requires gypsum with certain grade(the content of CaCO4·2H2O).How to correctly detect and calculate gypsum grade and other components is of great significance to the high-quality development of gypsum building materials industry.Taking natural gypsum and chemical gypsum as the research object,this paper focuses on the calculation method of gypsum grade and mineral composition,as well as the determination temperature of crystal water,so as to provide a certain basis for a comprehensive understanding of the quality of various gypsum raw materials.
