摘要
利用建筑固体废弃物黏土砖经破碎、筛分后作为再生细骨料部分或全部取代天然河砂得到废砖再生混合砂,通过梯度试验设计,研究了再生砖砂取代率对所制备M5和M10湿拌砂浆稠度、表观密度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着再生砖砂取代率的增加,在控制新拌砂浆初始稠度相近时,其2h稠度损失率不断增大,而湿表观密度却表现为相反的变化趋势;当再生砖砂取代率不超过50%时,所制备M5和M10再生湿拌砂浆硬化试件的抗压强度均可满足使用要求。
The reclaimed mixed sand of waste bricks was obtained by using the construction solid waste clay bricks after crushing and screening as regenerated fine aggregates to partially or completely replace natural river sand,through the gradient test design, the effect of replacement ratio of recycled brick sand on the consistency, apparent density and compressive strength of M5 and M10 wet mixed mortar was studied. The results show that, with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled brick sand, when the initial consistency of the fresh mortar is controlled to be similar, the 2h consistency loss rate increases continuously, while the wet apparent density shows an opposite trend;when the recycled brick sand replaces ratio is not more than 50%, the compressive strength of the prepared M5 and M10 regenerated wet-mixed mortar hardened specimens can meet the requirements for use.
