人工智能助推职业教育发展的路径研究

Research on the Path of Artificial Intelligence Promoting the Development of Vocational Education

人工智能技术的发展正在重建生产关系和重构职业教育生态体系,职业教育正在直面人工智能带来的冲击,从而引发了改革的动力。人工智能助推职业教育发展目标就是要实现学生学习、教师教学、管理者决策的智能化和科学化,人工智能助推职业教育的内涵体现在无处不在的“测量、数据、连接、计算和应用”。人工智能助推职业教育发展的路径可从智能技术、组织架构、工作模式、教育模式、平台建设和就业体系等六个方面着手推进。

The development of artificial intelligence technology is rebuilding production relations and reconstructing the ecological system of vocational education. Vocational education is facing the impact of artificial intelligence, which leads to the driving force of reform. The development goal of artificial intelligence boosting vocational education is to realize the intellectualization and scientization of students’ learning, teachers’ teaching and managers’ decision-making. The connotation of artificial intelligence boosting vocational education is reflected in the ubiquitous “measurement, data, connection, calculation and application”. The path of artificial intelligence to promote the development of vocational education can be promoted from six aspects: intelligent technology, organizational structure, working mode, education mode, platform construction and employment system.
