摘要
在经济社会高速发展背景下,市场营销教学作为专业基础必修课,承担为国家和社会培育优秀营销人才的责任。为发挥市场营销课程的育人功能,应潜移默化渗透思政教育,遵循合理区分课程定位、着重凸显专业特征、高度契合职业要求的基本原则,并利用明确教育目标,完善课程体系、丰富教育资源,凸显专业特色、创新教学方法,培育思政素养、加强师资建设,提供教学保障、改善教学评价,提升教学成效等策略,实现思政教育与市场营销教学深度融合,探索市场营销课程思政教育改革新路径,多维度培育学生的思想政治素质与职业道德素养,开创全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的新局面,推动我国高等教育事业可持续发展。
Under the background of rapid economic and social development, marketing teaching, as a professional basic compulsory course, undertakes the responsibility of cultivating excellent marketing talents for the country and society. In order to give full play to the educational function of marketing courses, we should imperceptibly infiltrate ideological and political education, follow the basic principles of reasonably distinguishing curriculum positioning, highlighting professional characteristics and highly meeting professional requirements, and make use of clear educational objectives, improve curriculum system, enrich educational resources, highlight professional characteristics, innovate teaching methods, cultivate ideological and political quality, strengthen teacher construction, provide teaching guarantee and improve teaching evaluation, explore the new path of ideological and political education reform of marketing courses, cultivate students’ ideological and political quality and professional ethics in multiple dimensions, create a new situation of all staff education, whole process education and all-round education, and promote the sustainable development of China’s higher education.
