全面推进乡村振兴是党中央作出的重大战略部署,也是“十四五”时期农村基层党组织必须做好的重点工作。实践充分证明,全面推进乡村振兴,发挥基层党组织的引领和核心作用是关键。当前农村基层党建引领乡村振兴具有理论优势、基础优势和制度优势,但在实际工作中也面临一些现实困境。对此,需要提升组织力,建强引领乡村振兴的战斗堡垒;提高战斗力,增强农村基层骨干队伍的整体素质;加强服务力,进一步发挥第一书记在乡村振兴中的作用;强化支撑力,健全推进乡村振兴的制度机制。通过农村基层党建高质量发展开创乡村全面振兴新局面。
