摘要
目的:研究新冠肺炎疫情下信息化健康教育对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者中的运用。方法:选择2020年8月至2021年10月入住我院进行治疗的100例LC患者,使用SRS抽样法将患者分为观察组46例及对照组54例。对照组患者使用传统方法进行护理,观察组患者在原基础上实施信息化健康教育,记录并观察两组患者临床相关指标,术后不良反应发生率,生活质量以及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组患者手术,住院,排气及进食时间均短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者不良反应的发生率为6.52%,明显低于对照组的20.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者生理和心理功能,及自然和社会方面的评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者护理满意度为95.65%,明显高于对照组的74.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对LC患者应用信息化健康教育可以有效减少患者手术,住院,排气及进食时间,降低不良反应发生率,提高生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective:To study the application of information-based health education in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)under the epidemic situation in COVID-19.Methods:Select 100 LC patients who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from August 2020 to October 2021,and divide them into observation group(46 cases)and control group(54 cases)by SRS sampling method.The patients in the control group were nursed with traditional methods,while the patients in the observation group were nursed with information based health education on the original basis, and the clinical related indicators, the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were recorded and observed. Results: After nursing, the time of operation, hospitalization, exhaust and eating in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference( P <0.05). After nursing, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.52%, which was significantly lower than control group 20.37%, with a statistically significant difference( P <0.05). After nursing,physical and psychological functions, natural and social scores were higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.65% , which was significantly higher than control group 74.07%, and the differences were statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of information-based health education to LC patients can effectively reduce the time of operation, hospitalization, exhaust and eating, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
