睡眠剥夺及个性特点对注意绩效影响研究

The Influence of Sleep Deprivation and Personality Characteristics on Attention Performance

摘要 为了探讨睡眠剥夺对人体警觉度的影响,本研究从个体内/外源警觉度的本质出发,以注意绩效影响机理为切入点探索睡眠剥夺对注意绩效的影响。通过设计30h睡眠剥夺实验,采集被试每小时主观疲劳度和行为反应绩效,分析不同个性特征下被试随时间延长主客观数据的变化趋势及差异性。研究结果表明:主观疲劳值在第二天早06∶00—07∶00到达波峰(波谷)点,而客观注意绩效反应时在07∶00—09∶00到达波峰,正确率在04∶00—07∶00到达波谷。其次,警觉性的主观评价与客观表现虽有较强相关性但仍存在不匹配现象,被试可能高估自身的实际表现。此外,清晨07∶00—08∶00疲劳状态下外向者与内向者相比更容易出现意识不到自身疲劳的现象。 In order to discuss the influence of sleep deprivation on human alertness, this study based on the nature of internal/external alertness and explored the effect of sleep deprivation on attentional performance.A 30h sleep deprivation experiment was designed to collect subjects’ hourly subjective fatigue and behavioral response performance, and to analyze the trends and differences of subjective and objective data of subjects with different personality characteristics over time. The results show that the subjective fatigue value reaches the peak(trough) at 06 : 00 to 07 : 00 the next morning, while the objective reaction time of attentional performance reaches the peak at 07 : 00 to 09:00, and the accuracy rate reaches the trough at 04 : 00 to 07 : 00.Secondly, there is a mismatch between subjective evaluation and objective performance of alertness, and subjects may overestimate their actual performance. In addition, compared with introverts, extroverts are more likely to be unaware of their own fatigue when they are tired between 07 : 00 and 08 : 00 am.
