摘要
构建“快速网”的关键点在于实现航空与高铁之间的泛在互联与柔性协同。高铁车厢与民航机舱有着惊人的相似,民航通过机腹实现大件行李同步抵达,通过货运专机实现航空物流,但高铁只是客运。本文以高铁尾箱作为专属行李车厢,通过背向开启智能轨道站台装卸路径,以信息平台控制机器人模块完成装卸流程,可以实现客运与大件行李同步,同时也可以在同一信息平台实现高铁物流,解决大件行李同步和物流同步的问题,即“一个平台,两套系统”。这需要基于工业互联网的成套装备的制造完成,如此,未来高铁网中1000座50万人口以上的站点城市,14亿人口都将纳入快速网中,高铁网升级为内外双循环的快速网,“空铁联运”升级为“空铁系”,形成数万亿规模的产业联盟,重塑世界经济地理版图。这需要战略前瞻的政治意志,需要从原理分析出发的顶层设计。
The key point of building a "fast network" is to achieve ubiquitous interconnection and flexible collaboration between aviation and high-speed rail. The high-speed railway carriage is strikingly similar to the civil aviation cabin. The civil aviation realizes the synchronous arrival of large baggage through the belly and the air logistics through the special cargo plane, but the high-speed railway is only for passenger transport.In this paper, the high-speed rail tailbox is used as the exclusive luggage compartment, and the information platform controls the robot module to complete the loading and unloading process by opening the loading and unloading path of the intelligent track platform in the back direction. It can realize the synchronization of passenger transport and large luggage, and also realize high-speed rail logistics on the same information platform to solve the problem of synchronization of large luggage and logistics, namely, "one platform, two sets of systems". This requires industrial manufacturing of complete sets of equipment based on the industrial Internet. In this way, 1000 station cities with a population of more than 500000 and a population of 1.4 billion in the high-speed rail network will be included in the fast network in the future. The high-speed rail network will be upgraded to a fast network with internal and external double circulation, and the "air rail intermodal transport" will be upgraded to a "air rail system", forming an industrial alliance with a scale of trillions, and reshaping the world economic geography. This requires political will of strategic foresight and top-level design based on principle analysis.
