考虑运输扰动的高铁站改施工方案比选研究 被引量:1

Comparison and Selection of Construction Schemes for High speed Railway Station Reconstruction Considering Operation Organization Disturbance

摘要 为解决运输组织系统在高速铁路车站面临高等级施工时,在施工方案比选过程中反馈作用没能系统化、定量化体现这一问题,本文从区间、车站、旅客服务三方面归纳总结出站改施工对运输组织影响的六种因素即区间限速扰动、有效施工时长、平行进路损失数、密集到发列车组数、旅客列车服务频率及总换乘额外时间。对六种因素扰动程度进行定量化描述,运用熵权法实现影响因素的赋权评价。基于上述分析及评价,通过优劣解距离法提出考虑运输组织扰动影响的高速铁路站改施工方案比选方法。最后以新建赣深高速铁路引入深圳北站改造工程为例进行实例分析,证明比选方法的可行性与有效性,表明施工方案的比选只有统筹兼顾多种因素,才能取得良好效果。 The feedback function of the operation organization system cannot be systematically and quantitatively reflected in comparison and selection of construction schemes when high speed railway station is facing high level construction project. This paper summarized six factors influencing operation organization from three aspects: section, station and passenger service, which includes speed limitation disturbance in section, effective construction time, loss number of parallel routes, number of intensive to departure trains, passenger train service frequency, total transfer time. The disturbance extent of these factors were quantitatively described and weighted by using the entropy weight method. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the above influencing factors, a comparison and selection method of reconstruction schemes for high speed railway station considering the impact of transportation organization disturbance was proposed by the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS Method). At last, an example was taken to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the comparison and selection method by taking the rebuilding project of Shenzhen North Station introduced by Ganzhou-Shenzhen High speed Railway as an example,which shows that the comparison and selection of construction schemes can achieve good results only by making overall plans and taking various factors into consideration.
