工程建筑中工程造价的应用研究

Research on Application of Engineering Cost in Engineering Construction

随着社会的发展,对各种建筑项目的需求越来越大,我国工程项目的发展也越来越快,为了控制工程造价,安全高效地完成工程,必须重视与工程建设密切相关的工程价格管理。因此,如何进行建设投资规划,优化设计和施工,合理的施工方案,有效的施工价格管理,是工程造价中需要解决的主要问题。基于此,分析了建筑工程在建筑工程中的作用及其成本,并提出了相应的改进建议。

With the development of society,the demand for various construction projects is increasing,and the development of engineering projects in China is also increasing.In order to control the project cost and complete the project safely and efficiently,we must pay attention to the project price management closely related to the project construction.Therefore,how to carry out construction investment planning,optimize design and construction,reasonable construction scheme,and effective construction price management are the main problems to be solved in project cost.Based on this,this paper analyzes the role and cost of construction engineering in construction engineering,and puts forward correspond­ing improvement suggestions for reference.
