如今,我国经济的发展使得建筑工程施工技术以及现场管理水平都有了较大程度的提升,建筑行业在市场中的发展逐渐饱和,建筑企业若想要进一步提高自身的综合实力,则必须注重工程中的施工技术及现场管理工作,才能使企业长久地立于市场竞争的不败之地。因此,对企业在施工技术及现场施工管理等方面存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的策略,希望能够为企业建筑工程项目的开展提供帮助。

Today,the development of China's economy has made the construction technology and site management level of construction projects have been greatly improved,and the development of the construction industry in the market is gradually saturated.If the construction enterprise wants to further improve its comprehensive strength,it must pay attention to the construction technology and site management in the project,so that the enterprise can remain invincible in the market competition for a long time.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction technology and on-site construction management of enterprises,and puts forward corresponding strategies,hoping to provide help for the development of enterprise construction projects.
