装配式建筑工程质量评价体系研究

在党和国家战略号召下,我国整体装配式结构建筑行业开始得到大力发展,“百年大计,质量第一”,装配式结构建筑工程项目质量管理关系影响到我国建筑业的持续转型优化升级和整体装配式结构建筑的长远健康发展。为不断提升我国区域整体装配式结构建筑工程项目质量,构建了质量评价模型对项目质量进行评价,分析了模型建立的过程与模型的价值,并提出了提升装配式建筑工程质量的建议,在一定程度上推动了装配式工程质量体系的发展。

Under the call of the Party and the national strategy,China's overall fabricated structure construction industry has begun to develop vigorously."Quality first is a long-term plan".The quality management relationship of prefabricated structure construction projects affects the continuous transformation,optimization and upgrading of China's construction industry and the long-term healthy development of the overall fabricated structure construction.In order to continuously improve the quality of regional integrated prefabricated structure construction projects in China,a quality evaluation model is built to evaluate the project quality,the process of model establishment and the value of the model are analyzed,and suggestions for improving the quality of prefabricated construction projects are put forward,which to some extent promote the development of the quality system of prefabricated construction.
