Influencing Factors and Measures of Construction Site Safety Management

建筑行业进入崭新的发展阶段后,人们对建筑工程的建设施工要求不断提高,质量不再是唯一追求,考虑工程施工的复杂性,安全管理成为了建筑工程现场关注的重点,只有开展全方位的安全管理才能提高施工的规范性。建筑企业虽都采取了一系列的现场安全管理措施,但受限于各种因素,安全管理难以达到预期目标,无法与行业内的安全管理要求相符合。基于此,分析了建筑工程现场安全管理的影响因素,提出了安全管理的有效对策,对同类型项目有指导价值。

After entering the new trend of the development of construction industry,people are increasing requirement for construction of the building construction,the quality is no longer the only pursuit,considering the complexity of engineering construction,safety management has become the attention to important aspects of the construction site,only to carry out a full range of safety management can improve the standardization of the construction.Although construction enterprises have carried out a series of on-site safety management,but limited by various factors,safety management is difficult to achieve the expected goal,and can not meet the requirements of safety management in the industry.Based on this,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of construction engineering site safety management,and puts forward effective countermeasures of safety management,which has guiding value for the same type of projects.
