建筑行业的深入发展对招投标提出了更高的要求,但在工程招投标活动的实践中仍然存在诸多问题。因此,以建筑工程招投标活动作为研究的对象,分析了建筑招标对工程实践的促进作用,同时提出了更加科学合理的工程管理方案,真正保证了工程的质量,实现经济效益的最大化。

The in-depth development of the construction industry has put forward higher requirements for bidding,but there are still many problems in the practice of project bidding.Therefore,taking the bidding activities of construction projects as the research object,this paper analyzes the promotion effect of construction bidding on the project practice,and also proposes that a more scientific and reasonable project management scheme must be constructed in the project practice,which truly guarantees the quality of the project and maximizes the economic benefits.
