试论水利工程监理的安全管理风险及应对策略

On Safety Management Risks and Countermeasures of Water Conservancy Project Supervision

水利建设的基本目标是防止水旱灾害,监测安全风险分析的基本目标是及时发现工程建设中存在的问题,避免因疏忽而造成的灾难和损失。因此,从风险管理的角度出发,对水利工程监理进行了分析,并提出了提高水利项目监理的安全管理水平应对措施。

The basic goal of water conservancy construction is to prevent floods and droughts,and the basic goal of monitoring safety risk analysis is to find out the problems existing in the project construction in time to prevent disasters and losses caused by negligence.Therefore,from the perspective of risk management,this paper analyzes the water conservancy project supervision,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the safety management level of water conservancy project supervision.
