摘要
随着我国经济建设的快速发展,人们对生活的需求也在不断丰富。针对社会实际发展情况,我国提出了“绿色发展”“绿色环保”“绿水青山就是金山银山”等治国策略,并大力倡导建设可持续性发展社会。但传统房屋建筑工程中对于节能建筑技术的应用较为忽略,建筑企业的经济效益及安全质量等都在一定程度上受到了影响。为了帮助企业持续性发展以及提升企业的综合效益,我国建筑企业引入了节能建筑技术。但就目前而言,节能建筑技术在房屋建筑工程的应用中还存在较多的问题,例如环境保护方面、资源节能方面、措施落实方面等。因此,对将节能建筑技术应用于房屋建筑工程中存在的困境及难点进行了分析,并提出了对应的措施及建议,仅供相关学者参考,期望能够推动我国房屋建筑工程更好的发展建设,为社会经济的可持续发展带来有力的保障。
With the rapid development of China^economic construction,peopled needs for life are also constantly enriched.In view of the actual development of society,China has put forward such governance strategies as"green development",green environmental protection",green waters and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains",and vigorously advocated the construction of a sustainable development society.However,the application of energy-saving building technology in traditional housing construction projects is relatively neglected,and the economic benefits and safety quality of construction enterprises are affected to a certain extent.In order to help the sustainable development of enterprises and improve their comprehensive benefits,China^construction enterprises have introduced energy-saving building technology.However,at present,there are still many problems in the application of energy-saving building technology in housing construction projects,such as environmental protection,energy conservation of resources,and implementation of measures.Therefore,this paper analyzes the difficulties and difficulties in the application of energysaving building technology to housing construction projects,and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions,which are only for the reference of relevant scholars.It is expected to promote the better development and construction of housing construction projects in China and provide strong guarantee for the sustainable development of social economy.
