摘要
当前的滚筒洗衣机箱体结构多为单向结构设计,模态控制效果较难把控、噪声大,导致箱体振动频率增加,因此对形貌优化视域下滚筒洗衣机箱体的结构设计方案进行了分析与制定。结合箱体设计的需求及标准,设定箱体形貌结构指标参数,设计双向执行结构,扩大箱体的模态应用范围,最大程度降低箱体存在的噪声,实现箱体振动模态分析与载荷量计算。结果表明,所设计的形貌优化滚筒洗衣机箱体结构箱体结构的优化效果明显,洗衣振动可控,更为平稳、安全,具有实际的应用价值。
The current drum washing machine box structure is mostly one-way structure design,the modal control effect is difficult to control,and the noise is large,resulting in an increase in the vibration frequency of the box.Therefore,the structural design scheme of the drum washing machine box under the view of shape optimization has been analyzed and formulated.According to the requirements and standards of the box design,set the index parameters of the box shape structure,design the two-way execution structure,expand the modal application range of the box,minimize the noise existing in the box,and realize the box vibration modal analysis and load calculation.The results show that the shape optimization of the designed drum washing machine box structure has obvious optimization effect,the washing vibration is controllable,more stable and safe,and has practical application value.
