高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材在工程中的应用

摘要 传统的防水材料不能与后浇混凝土紧密结合,在硬化过程中容易出现裂缝、孔洞等缺陷导致渗水。由于施工工艺复杂,在实际施工中效率不高,不仅会影响整个施工时间,还会加大建设费用。而聚合物自粘胶薄膜防水卷材的先铺反粘技术可以很好地解决传统防水施工中存在的问题,同时也能有效加快施工进度和施工质量,因此结合工程实例,从反应原理、优缺点、施工要点、控制措施等方面入手,对聚合物自粘胶薄膜防水卷材在实际工程中的应用进行了分析。 Traditional waterproof materials can not be closely combined with post-cast concrete,and cracks,holes and other defects are easy to appear during the hardening process,leading to water seepage.Due to the complex construction process,the efficiency in actual construction is not high,which will not only affect the entire construction time,but also increase the construction cost.However,the pre-laying and anti-adhesion technology of polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproofing membrane can well solve the problems existing in the traditional waterproofing construction,and can also effectively speed up the construction progress and construction quality.Therefore,combining with the engineering example,the application of polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproofing membrane in the actual project is analyzed from the aspects of reaction principle,advantages and disadvantages,construction points,control measures,etc.
