创业者正念何以激发再创业意向?失败学习与风险规避的作用

How can Entrepreneurs’ Mindfulness Stimulate Entrepreneurial Re-entry Intention? The Role of Entrepreneurial Failure Learning and Risk Aversion

在当前复杂的创业环境下,经历过失败的创业者是否还会选择再创业已成为重要研究议题。然而,以往研究忽略了正念对再创业意向的激发作用,也忽略了风险规避在再创业过程中的积极作用。基于社会认知理论与经验学习理论,本研究提出特质正念促进创业者失败学习,进而激发再创业意向;此外,风险规避作为情境因素对上述中介关系具有调节作用。为检验假设模型,本研究搜集了232位创业者的问卷调查数据。层级回归结果表明,创业失败学习是特质正念与再创业意向之间的重要中介机制,风险规避正向调节创业失败学习与再创业意向之间的关系。本研究从创业者特质正念视角丰富了再创业意向理论研究,同时,也启发创业者在实践中如何应对再创业挑战。

In the current complex and volatile entrepreneurial environment, whether entrepreneurs who have experienced failure will choose to re-enter the business has become an important research issue for scholars.However, little attention has been paid to the influence of entrepreneurial mindfulness on the influence of re-entry intention and the possible positive effect of risk aversion on re-entry. Based on the social cognitive theory and the experiential learning theory, the study proposes a mediating model that the trait mindfulness could facilitates entrepreneurial failure learning and stimulates entrepreneurial re-entry intention. In addition, the risk aversion is proposed as a situational factor to examine the boundary of the model. To test the hypotheses, questionnaire data from 232 entrepreneurs were collected for this study. Hierarchical regression results indicate that entrepreneurial failure learning is an important mediating factor between mindfulness and entrepreneurial re-entry intention, and the risk aversion positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial failure learning and entrepreneurial reentry intention. This study enriches the theoretical research on entrepreneurial re-entry intention from the perspective of mindfulness, and inspires entrepreneurs to deal with re-entry challenges in practice.
