交互目标动力理论的新发展与应用展望

The New Development and Application Prospect of Transactive Goal Dynamics Theory

交互目标动力理论在自我调节理论的基础上,采用社会关系视角将相互依赖的群体成员(特别是二元群体)视为一个交互目标动力系统,对以往集中于个人层面的目标追求相关理论进行了扩展,关注于多人互动时的目标追求。该理论于2015年提出,在国内受到的关注相对较少。本文从目标实现的过程入手,即目标的设定、目标追求过程和目标结果 ,进一步梳理提炼了这一理论的核心思想,对其与目标设定、目标系统等理论的关系进行辨析,并总结了该理论在组织管理领域、亲密关系领域等的应用。未来研究应进一步完善理论体系,对模型的变量关系进行实证研究,拓展理论的应用领域,并探究交互目标动力在中国文化背景下的特殊性。

On the basis of self-regulation theory, Transactive Goal Dynamics Theory(TGD) adopts the perspective of social relations to regard interdependent group members(especially binary groups) as a transactive goal dynamic system and expands the related theories of goal pursuit that were previously concentrated on the individual level,focusing on the pursuit of goals when interacting with multiple people. Proposed in 2015, the theory has received relatively little attention in China. This paper starts with the process of goal realization, namely, goal setting,goal pursuit process and goal outcomes, and further sorts out and refines the core ideas of this theory, analyzes its relationship with goal setting, goal system and other theories, and summarizes the application of this theory in the fields of organization management, intimate relationship and so on. Future research should further improve the theoretical system, conduct empirical research on the variable relationship of the model, expand the application field of the theory, and explore the particularity of the transactive goal dynamics in the context of Chinese culture.
