精馏分离自控虚拟仿真实验教学研究

摘要 坚持应用型教育模式,培养和提升学生对石油化工生产过程控制、检测仪表分析和管理的综合能力,设计开发出了精馏分离自控虚拟仿真实验平台。解决了对安全性要求严格、耗能较大学校无法开展的精馏分离自控实验的难题,拓展了常规实验的教学功能,丰富了实验课程,激发了学生对实验的兴趣,为培养具有较强专业背景知识和工程实践能力的应用型人才提供了新的实践教学思路。 To adhere to the application-oriented education mode,cultivate and improve the students’comprehensive ability of petrochemical production process control and detection instrument analysis and management,a virtual simulation experiment of distillation separation automatic control is designed and developed.The virtual simulation experiment solves the problems of strict safety requirements,which is a difficult problem for experiments with high energy consumption and automatic control experiments of distillation separation that cannot be carried out in schools.The virtual simulation experiment platform helps to expand the teaching function of conventional experiment,improve the richness of experimental courses,stimulate the students’interest in doing experiments,and provide practical learning content for cultivating application-oriented talents with strong professional background knowledge and engineering practice ability.
