摘要
教师自主是学习者自主的衍生课题,为了克服自身因素和外在因素对英语专业教师的制约和限制,分析了英语专业教师自主性发展的必要性,梳理了我国英语专业教师自主性发展的现状,并探讨了英语专业教师自主性发展的途径。英语专业教师必须重视教师自主的教育理念,多渠道、多途径实现教师自主性发展,这有利于提高我国英语专业的教学水平。
Teacher autonomy is a subject which derives from learner autonomy.In order to overcome the restrictions and limitations of self-factors and external factors on English teachers,this paper analyzes the necessity of the development of English major teachers’autonomy,combs the present situation of the development of English major teachers’autonomy in China,and seeks to probe into the approaches of the development of English major teachers’autonomy.English teachers must attach great importance to the educational concept of teacher autonomy and realize the development of teacher autonomy through multiple channels,which is helpful to improve the teaching level of English majors in our country.
