摘要
某油田原有油田采出水的处理工艺为物理沉淀进行回注,存在水质波动大、设备老化等问题。且为满足地层能量需求,原注水水源采用水源井单独供水。采用一体化水处理工艺技术,采出水悬浮固体含量、悬浮固体颗粒直径中值、含油量三项指标达标率提升至100%,且满足注水B1级指标,取消原有水源井注水流程,优化回注工艺,降低运行成本,经济效益明显。
The treatment process of the produced water from an oilfield is physical precipitation for reinjection,which has some problems,such as large fluctuation of water quality,aging of equipment,and so on.In order to meet the energy demand of the formation,the original water injection source is supplied by water source wells alone.By adopting integrated water treatment technology,the standard rate of suspended solid content in produced water,median diameter of suspended solid particles,and oil content is increased to 100%and meets the B1 index of water injection.In addition,the original water injection process of water source wells is canceled,so as to optimize the reinjection process and reduce the operating cost,and the economic benefit is obvious.
