井冈山时期理想信念教育的时空局限、应对策略与现实启示

The Time and Space Limitation, Strategy and Pratical Enlightement of Ideal and Belief Education in Jinggangshan Period

理想信念是一种无形的粘合剂,它能把来自五湖四海的革命者团结起来,为实现共同的理想而奋斗。新民主主义革命时期,井冈山地区的地形地貌与经济社会发展水平不利于理想信念的教育。以毛泽东为代表的共产党人经过艰辛探索,找到了解决的办法:他们通过理论创新,坚定了军民对未来的信心;通过举办各种训练班找到了理想信念教育的主渠道;通过加强党的基层组织建设,形成了理想信念教育有效的组织架构;通过话语体系的转化,扩大了理想信念教育的范围;通过严明军纪、给人民实实在在的好处,拉近了传授者与受教育者之间的心灵距离。这些方法在井冈山斗争时期起到了很大作用,在今天仍然具有非常重要的借鉴意义。

The topography and the level of economic and social development in Jinggangshan are not conducive to the ideal and belief education. After arduous exploration, the Communists represented by Mao Zedong found a rightway to spread ideal and faith: Through theoretical innovation, they strengthened the army and people’s confidence for the future;Through holding a variety of training courses they found the main channel to spread ideal and belief;By strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations, the organization structure of effective communication had been formed;Through the transformation of discourse system, the scope of communication was expanded;By enforcing military discipline and offering tangible benefits to the people, they established a close relations with the masses.These methods played an important role in the Jinggangshan period and can still be used as reference today.
